To download the Heavy Balls, you need to unlock the Mystery Gift feature, which occurs roughly two hours into the game. When you’re ready to receive the Heavy Balls, open the Mystery Gift feature and select ‘Get with Code / Password.’ You will then need to input your unique code and, after a small wait, the Heavy Balls will arrive.
